Our team is made up of industry professionals with over 125 years of restaurant experience between the operating partners. Our team also includes a marketing manager and accounting firm.

We own and operate 7 restaurant locations in the Sacramento, Folsom, Rocklin, Vacaville, and Dixon areas.

Buddha Bowls and Rolls
Buddha Bowls and Rolls is a contemporary fast-casual restaurant that celebrates the vibrant foods and flavors of the Asian-American experience – offering build-your-own spring rolls, noodle bowls, rice bowls, and sandwiches as well as fresh-pressed sugarcane drinks, Vietnamese coffee, matcha, and Thai teas.
We have two restaurant locations in Downtown Sacramento, with a third location coming soon.

No Sabo Concheria
In partnership with the Rojas family, No Sabo Concheria is the new standard for conchas in the Sacramento Area. We embrace third-culture cooking and specialize in conchas and pastries baked from scratch every day, custom cakes, café, and aguas frescas.
The bakery and kitchen is located in Downtown Sacramento at the H Street Eatery.

Drunken Tortilla is the sister concept of No Sabo Concheria that specializes in breakfast and home-style tacos made with handmade flour tortillas as well as build-your-own Mexican-style bowls.
